Returns & Refunds
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory
rights.
You may return your purchase to City Lock & Safe Ltd.
for a refund by obtaining a Customer Return
Authorization (CRA) number within 7 days of the delivery
date. To obtain a CRA please e-mail your invoice or
order number and reason for return to
info@eurosafes.co.uk .
Alternatively you may contact our customer service
department on 0161 480 6116.
Please note returns are subject to the following
conditions:

You must have received a CRA number from our
customer service department.

The product must be in "as-new" condition, with
either original or suitable packaging and with all
manuals and accessories.

You will receive a refund excluding the original
delivery charge. If delivery was free the outgoing
delivery cost will be approximately 10-15% of the
total cost of your order.
Goods shall be returned to City Lock and Safe Ltd. or their named
agent.
ANY POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS INCURRED ON RETURNED ITEMS
ARE FOR THE BUYERS ACCOUNT AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed
and credited to your account.
Replacements
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a
repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance
with your legal rights. Please contact
info@eurosafes.co.uk or
contact us on 0161 480 6116 if you feel your purchase is
faulty.
Other Terms and Conditions
Title
in any goods supplied remains vested in City Lock and
Safe Limited until the purchase price, carriage and VAT
have been paid in full.
By
virtue of the Trade descriptions Act 1968, all
measurements must be considered approximate.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the
information contained in this web site and any brochure
supplied by City Lock and Safe Limited is accurate. We
have a policy, however, of continually developing and
improving our products and reserve the right to change
specifications without notice.
Goods damaged in transit must be reported to City Lock
and Safe Limited within 48 hours of receipt.
All returns must be notified within 14 days
City Lock and Safe Limited reserves the right to refuse
to accept any order and shall not be obliged to furnish
a reason for refusal.
All delivery costs are calculated on ground floor
delivery, failure to notify may cause an aborted
delivery charge and extra costs incurred. Please be very
clear when ordering.
To return an item please note a 20% re-stocking charge
will apply.
City Lock and Safe Limited warrants that goods supplied
will be free from defects in material and manufacture
for a period of one year from the date of delivery. City
Lock and Safe Limited is under no liability in respect
of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful
damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions or
misuse. If a breach of this warranty is proved, City
Lock and Safe Limited will replace or repair the product
or refund the purchase price, strictly at our discretion
but City Lock and Safe Limited shall have no other
liability arising from such a breach in warranty.
City
Lock and Safe Limited accepts no liability for injury or
damage incurred during the unloading, installation or
use of it's products unless it is caused by one of it's
employees.
